The committee convened the meeting for a sharing session by Mr. Tan Boon Gin, Chief Executive of SGX RegCo, on its role in the regulatory framework in Singapore. The sharing focused on the current regulatory landscape particularly the recent roll out of Dual Class Shares and the proposed amendments to the Quarterly Reporting requirements for listed issuers. This was followed by a Q & A session whereby members provided further queries to the regulations.
