Last Friday we were delighted to able to host the first in-person event in our Members’ Room since March 2020! The topic was how a collaboration between SBF, McKinsey and EY called the Industry 4.0 Human Capital Initiative helps SMEs in the manufacturing sector to transform.

Mr. Belvin Tan, Operations Consultant, McKinsey & Company Singapore presented what the collaboration does and used case studies to showcase how it has helped over 100 companies to progress by gathering data, analysing it, improving productivity through the use of appropriate automation and digital solutions.
