The annual dialogue with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Tripartite Alliance for Fair Employment (TAFEP) was organised on 29 June. Mr Heng Jian Wei, Director, Foreign Workforce Policy Department, MOM and Ms Julia Ng, Deputy General Manager, TAFEP participated in a joint Q&A session to address members’ queries and concerns relating to foreign workforce policies. A key topic in this year’s dialogue was the MOM Watch List – how companies end up on this list, what it means for companies and how companies can get themselves off the list.

During the session, MOM and TAFEP also shared how they can support firms that are committed to progressive human capital practices, through schemes such as the Human Capital Partnership Programme. The presentation slides that were covered during the briefing are available for download below:
