Job Description

This specialist role entails processing/issuing of Certificates of Origin, Carnets and endorsing other shipping documents for the Singapore business community. It is both a frontline and a processing job.
Responsibilities
• Collection of certification fees and point of sale entry of fees collected
• Explaining Certificate of Origin application and Carnet procedures to customers
• Processing Certificate of Origin applications, Carnet and endorsing other shipping documents
• Managing queried/rejected applications and phone/counter enquiries from customers

Requirements
• You must like people and have a proud to serve mentality
• You must be able to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels in fluent spoken and written English
• You must be willing to keep learning
• Experience in trade finance operations/shipping/freight forwarding is an advantage but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
