– Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy, acquiring new corporate clients and expanding existing accounts.
– Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target companies to understand their training needs and promote solutions.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients on their training and development needs.
– Conduct thorough needs assessments and customise training proposals to address the specific requirements of corporate clients.
– Collaborate with the program development team to tailor existing programs or develop new programs to meet the needs of clients.
– Negotiate and finalise sales agreements and contracts, ensuring that terms and conditions are favourable to both parties.
– Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials to support corporate sales efforts.
– Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
– Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and generate leads.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
– Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the education or professional services sector.
– Strong relationship-building and account management skills, ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to understand client needs and customise solutions accordingly.
– Knowledge of the professional education landscape and industry trends.
– Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
