Organized by Business China, the Business China Advanced Leaders Programme (BC-ALP) is an apex programme targeting the next generation of business leaders and senior public officials. Launched since2012, we have had over 200 members graduating from the ALP. The members have also travelled to various countries like Kazakhstan, Vietnam, and China during their immersion trips. They have visited major cities in China such as Beijing and Chongqing, and last year, they visited Shenzhen and Guangzhou in the Greater Bay Area, as well as Chengdu.

The curriculum is specifically created to promote interaction among a diverse mix of participants and their Chinese counterparts from China. BC-ALP is a highly effective experiential learning programme that curates opportunities such as dialogues, networking events, and study visits, where participants are able to expand their business networks and gain exposure, providing them exclusive market entry into China.
