Mr. Lee Wei Yang, Deputy Director of the Environment Policy Division, MEWR, shared with members an overview of the Ministry’s direction in taking the circular economy approach towards Singapore’s sustainability efforts. Members then engaged in further discussions with Wei Yang and his team on shaping policies and directions in which the Ministry takes. This was followed by further discussions by members on conceptualising the Interest Group’s output in 2020 and how it could influence meaningful initiatives that will benefit the broader membership.
