This is the title of a gem of a book written by Ian Johnston and Rose Gailey of Heidrick & Struggles a member of Singapore International Chamber of Commerce. Ian gave a lunchtime talk on the importance of organizational culture aligned to purpose, strategy, its implementation via broad team engagement – all to ensure optimal commercial success. This is what the Chamber has been advocating for over the last couple of years: positive workplace culture to achieve the right environment for people to thrive and for businesses to succeed.
