Chamber members got up close with SkillsFuture Singapore’s Chief Executive Mr Ng Cher Pong at a fireside chat on 24 January on the topic “How do businesses tackle the talent challenge: Buy, Build, Borrow, Bot?”. Cher Pong shared passionately about his perspective towards people and skills development, and the significance of the national SkillsFuture movement in enabling businesses to transform.

This very engaging session was followed by a SkillsFuture JumpStart! Workshop conducted by EY to help businesses gain a deeper understanding of how a sound people strategy can reinforce business performance.
