Navigating Brand Transformation Through Design Innovation

Yesterday’s event brought together an esteemed panel of speakers to examine how Design Innovation fuses creativity, technology, and strategy to power digital-first consumer experiences.

The session began with a presentation by Propelis on Navigating Brand Transformation by Design, where Edmond Lee shared insights on how the industry is increasingly focused on sustainability in packaging and how AI is enabling faster workflows that deliver greater value to clients.

This was followed by Guilaume Sachet from KPMG who introduced the concept of Total Experience. Guillaume underscored the importance of maintaining the human touch – bringing empathy to customers, making them feel valued, and designing loyalty programmes tailored to different customer personas rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

The event then moved into a panel discussion and Q&A featuring Kenneth Ng from Razer, Phang Chin Ming from CHAGEE, and Spencer Ball from Marks, with the discussion moderated by Guillaume Sachet.
