Today we held the third instalment of our “Mindfulness at Work” Series with Guest Speaker Mr. Ronnie Sabnani, Managing Principal, Infinye Incorporated. Today’s topic was the transformative power of empathy for everyone in an organisation. Empathy with sincerity is an important enabler for leading teams successfully. It is integral to positive workplace culture and to serving customers with understanding.
