On 24 July, SICC Members were treated to a unique, behind-the-scenes experience at CHAGEE’s APAC HQ office and R&D Centre as part of our Innovation Series: Behind the Tea – CHAGEE.

From a presentation by Mr. Jonathan Ng, APAC Director for Government and Public Affairs, to an insightful tea appreciation session and sharing by Ms. Liu Xiangning, Product Development Specialist at CHAGEE’s APAC R&D, members gained valuable knowledge on tea classification, sourcing, brewing, and innovation in the industry.

The visit concluded with a guided tour of CHAGEE’s Tea Bar and R&D Centre, where members witnessed how tradition meets modernity in CHAGEE’s approach to product development.
