The Chamber was honoured to have Mr. Andreas Schaffer and Dr. Matthias Goertz as guest speakers to share their research on possible scenarios for business in the next 18 months. These scenarios are based on a robust understanding of both the nature of the virus and the differing global policy responses. The speakers talked about the most likely scenario, what they term “the Fractured World” and reflected on its implications for businesses.

One of 5 online polls indicated that quite a few businesses represented by the audience are using or starting to use scenario planning as a tool for re-positioning their businesses.

Our guest speakers’ collaborators Mr. Abhijit Raha and Mr. Anand Nandakumar joined them for the Q & A segment which saw plenty of good questions from the audience.
