6 months ago at the Chamber’s Annual Dialogue with MOM, our guest speaker Ms. Low Yen Ling, Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Manpower very kindly offered to return later in the year for a deep dive into some of the manpower development schemes which benefit mature workers. We were delighted to host Ms. Low again on 11 October when she gave a presentation on MOM’s key strategies to help strengthen the support for mature workers.

Following her address an engaging panel conversation took place with three Chamber members who were invited to share their company’s experiences, including successes and challenges, in implementing some of the programmes in their respective organisations.
