Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Foreign Affairs was our distinguished speaker on 27 November 2017.

At this high-level closed-door dialogue, Dr Balakrishnan shared his thoughts on ASEAN as it marks its golden jubilee this year. He spoke about what has been achieved so far and what lies ahead for ASEAN. Dr Balakrishnan also engaged members in an active discussion on what more needs to be done to fulfil ASEAN’s ambitions for continued economic progress.
