More than 100 Chamber members, business leaders and Singapore government officials attended.

In the Minister’s remarks, he shared the MOM’s efforts in sustaining the Singaporean core and highlighted the importance of attracting global talent and businesses to the country. An MOM officer gave a short presentation on the government’s support for low wage workers, plans to help self-employed persons, including those employed by platform businesses, and the framework for fair employment practices. The Minister was joined by his ministerial colleagues, Dr. Koh Poh Koon, Senior Minister of State for Health and Manpower and Ms. Gan Siow Huang, Minister of State for Education and Manpower in a dialogue moderated by Mr. Per Magnusson, SICC Chairman.
