SMU Yong Pung How School of Law Building
The SICC Awards celebrate the power of collaboration to enable and, indeed, speed up innovation to create new value for the collaborating partner companies. Yesterday, our media partner Channel NewsAsia recorded the learning component of the SICC Awards 2022 at the auditorium of the Yong Pung How School of Law at SMU. Our programme Collaborate to Innovate: Growing your Ecosystem will air on 23 March 2023.
Tune in then to benefit from the rich learning shared by the winners of last year’s awards. You will find out why and how they sought out collaborators, what they achieved and learnt from the process and what advice they have for you.
To paraphrase what one panellist said, an easy way to grow your ecosystem is to join SICC where members form the ecosystem with an edge. The SICC Awards are only one component of that edge. In addition to recognition, they also provide learning not just for Chamber members but for the wider business community too. That is why we spend considerable financial resources to bring this learning to you.
The Chamber salutes the panel – Mr. Yoon Young Kim, Cluster President for Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei, Schneider Electric Asia Pte Ltd; Mr. Ivan Lim, Head, Business Line Industrial and New Mobility, Asia Pacific, ZF Asia Pacific Pte Ltd; Mr. Hayden Hoon, Director, B.T. Sports Pte Ltd; and Dr. Lee Teck Kheng, Director, Technology Development Centre, ITE College Central TDC, our expert moderator Ms. Wong Su-Yen and the panellists’ collaborating partners in the audience – Mr. Paul Fong, Country Director, Dow Chemical Pacific (S) Pte Ltd; Mr. Eugene Lee, Deputy Director, Sport Singapore; Mr. Gabriel Soon, Assistant Director, Team Lead, Systems Engineering, Sport Singapore; Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Musthapa, Chief Technological Officer, ATOMAXR; and Mr. Simon Si, Technical Director, ELH Tech (S) Pte Ltd. We thank each of them for their time and generous sharing. We also thank our venue partner SMU and the innovative Channel NewsAsia team for enabling our programme and last, but not least, the studio audience for joining us.
