Mr Wilson Tan, Deputy CEO of CapitaLand Mall Asia Limited, was our guest speaker for the Chamber’s Q2 C-Suite Networking Night. This event was co-hosted with member CapitaLand Limited and took place at the stylish lounge of The Great Room Offices.

In his keynote address, Wilson spoke about how various disruptive agents are changing the ecosystem of the retail industry and giving rise to new trends. He shared examples of the convergence of online and offline retail leading to the digital economy; the rising popularity of the sharing economy; and the experiential economy reshaping the retail landscape. He then engaged members in a lively Q&A.
