On 4 February 2021, Mr. Sunil Puri, Senior Director and Asia Pacific Head of Research of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) gave an insightful presentation on how leaders can build resilience for themselves, their teams and their businesses to survive the current and future crises.

Leveraging on his latest research paper – “Leading in a Crisis: From Survival to Strategic Pivot”, Sunil shared the crises leadership model and stressed the importance of self-awareness, empathy and humility for all leaders. The key takeaway from this presentation is that leaders need to take care of themselves in order to help their teams achieve positive change.
