Members of the workgroup on Diversity & Inclusiveness (D & I) met again in this monthly meeting to further identify critical areas of D & I, its scope and reference to key stakeholders in the workplace. Some of the key elements in the workgroup’s focus on D & I will include creativity and differentiation, targeting leadership buy-in on bringing change in the workplace, as well as influencing positive behaviours at the workplace and creation of a conducive workplace culture to instil positive values.
