Members of the Human Capital Committee and Human Resources practitioners from fellow member companies convened a meeting to welcome the new Committee Chair and to formulate a response to the public consultation on the Employment Act Review. Members are of the view that enhancements to the Employment Act should be in accordance with the vision Singapore has and sets out to achieve. The session also covered issues for discussions at subsequent committee meetings as well as the potential accompanying initiatives.
