James and Zhi Yong shared with fellow committee members TAFEP’s initiatives in advocating for companies to adopt fair employment practices, and the key Tripartite Standards that were launched recently. Key observations from the Fair and Progressive Employment Index were also presented and discussed. Members of the committee provided TAFEP with feedback on engaging a broader level of companies, and possibly looking at sub-sectors when conducting the surveys.
