The committee convened the meeting for a sharing session by Mr. Ong Khiaw Hong, Chief Executive of ACRA, on ACRA’s role in the regulatory framework in Singapore. The session centred on three main areas of focus including Singapore’s corporate regulatory landscape, ACRA’s role in the financial reporting eco-system, and enhancing corporate transparency. Following the presentation, committee members engaged Mr. Ong in a Q & A session highlighting key areas of concern.
