Mr. Nicholas Ng, MD of X-Inc and Co-Founder of The Food Bank Singapore, shared with members on the opportunities in the future as we move towards the ’30 x 30’ vision and how the food services industry is addressing them. Members engaged in a discussion thereafter, with some questioning the sustainability and development of the vision, as well as some of its supply chain and participation from both the public and private sectors. This was followed by discussions on planned webinars and paper in which the group is focusing on.
