The Hinrich Foundation is seeking a Trade Education Program Manager to join our team in Singapore. This management role is responsible for planning and executing Trade Education Program initiatives aimed at transforming how industry, academia and philanthropy work together to develop trade leaders through higher education to advance executive talent development in the export trade sector worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
• Build partnerships with employers and philanthropists for scholarship provisioning
• Develop and manage the Trade and Business Education Hub
• Engage with the academic community
• Lead marketing and communications of trade education programs
• Monitor, evaluate and report on program performance and impact
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism or education
• Minimum 10 years’ education sector work experience
• Experience with employer outreach
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), including copywriting
• Native-level spoken and written English
• Ability to build and work in cross-cultural relationships
• Sales, network-building and collaboration skills
