Job Description
We are seeking a Singapore-based customer service expert with sheer determination to win and foster relationships with customers to continuously drive value-adding customer satisfaction.
• Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent
• Required Language(s): Fluent both in Mandarin and English (to deal with Chinese-speaking Suppliers and to handle queries and concerns for local Mandarin-speaking customers)
• At least 2 year(s) of telesales or direct telemarketing experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skills: Telesales, retentions, customer service in a call center environment, dealing with people, sales, complaints handling
• Preferably specialized in Customer Service/Telesales/Call Centre or equivalent
• Proven experience working in a business-to-business services environment
• Minimum familiarity with using a CRM and accurate database management processes
• Excellent, pleasant, and articulate phone manner
• Can work independently
