Order Management, Shipment Import/Export for Broadcast and Cinema Lens
• Receiving purchase order and proceed sales process for stakeholders.
• Managing the shipment order in Asia-Pacific.
• Expect smooth and close communication with all stakeholders.(Business Partners/Customer)
• Manage payment from stakeholders. (Business Partner/customer)

Inventory Management and budgeting
• Managing inventory quantity and amount for quarterly target and achieve sales budget target
• Update product information in sales system.
• Making internal budget plan.
• Update and keep track of expenses Quartey and report.
• Managing Inventory and placing the order to Japan HQ and factory.

Requirement
1. Diploma holder with at least 2 year of similar experience
2. Proficient in MS Excel.
3. Strong analytical & negotiation skills
4. Self-driven & able to work independently with minimum supervision
5. Experience to communicate in Regional Countries
