PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR with the Board of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce Rubber Association (SICCRA)
– Full time for up to a period of 2 years (Contract)

SICCRA, founded in 1911, is an Association of Natural Rubber Producers, Traders and Consumers. Its objectives are to support the commercial interests of Singapore’s Natural Rubber Supply Chain locally and internationally, to provide access for its members to businesses along the value chain of Natural Rubber, and to support sustainability and digitization for the Natural Rubber community.

As project Co-ordinator, you will work report directly to the Chairman of the SICCRA Board. Your primary target is to help create three sub-committees of the SICCRA Board: Sustainability, Digitalisation and Trading. Further, you will ensure their engagement, help them create a work plan and follow up on its fulfillment, organize regular meetings, moderate the meetings when necessary and support the achievement of tangible results.

You will conduct desktop research concerning the sub-committees’ topics and make recommendations regarding actions to take. You will give conceptual input with fresh ideas to the sub-committees. You will engage expert knowledge and help steering the external contacts of the sub-committees.

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Management or Data Analytics, and you have 1-2 years of work experience in an international company or are a fresh MBA graduate.

You have experience in at least one of the following fields: Digitalisation, Sustainability or Trading, supported by an advanced knowledge about Project Management. Previous studies and / or exposure to Economics, Supply Chain Management, Reporting and Desktop Research will support you on the job.
