Job Description

This role includes assisting in agreeing production timetables with customers, line manager and the production team to meet and agree the final delivery date.

Produce high quality scanned or printed documents to customer specifications

To priorities work, considering technical requirements, workload, and delivery requirements and to maximize the department’s productivity.

To inform line Manager of overall workload and progress on completion of key work.

Able to do mail delivery to designated location on the assigned floor when operator is not printing/scanning.

To be positive in cross-training skillset to reduce job redundancies.

To respond to customer requests and enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner, meeting demands pro-actively where possible.

To perform daily print/mail/courier logs for daily job tasks reconciliation and check and balance (update on the client system via email/excel)

To communicate with clients consistently well and, by understanding their needs, promote the services being offered

To support the Document Services Manager/ Team Leader to introduce service enhancements and developments.

Requirement

Minimum N Level or ITE Studies with 1 year in related working experiences in Document Services Environment.

Good communications skills, enabling a good explanation of advice and problems that could be encountered.

Good Customer- centric approach and responsible attitude.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
