Job Description
The IT Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of an organization’s Information Technology, including managing the IT infrastructure, developing and maintaining IT strategy, planning and budgeting, and providing technical support and guidance. The IT Manager is also responsible for ensuring the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of all IT systems, and for working closely with other departments to ensure that IT operations align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the organization’s technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software applications.
• Ensure that technology systems are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Experience with technology infrastructure and software applications migration.
• Manage cyber security risks and develop risk management program.
• Manage technology related project with the organization.
• Manage technology budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in technology, and make recommendations for new systems or upgrades.
• Supervise the IT team and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT support and project management role.
• Strong technical knowledge of networks, servers, software applications, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in current and emerging technologies.
• Expertise in risk management and IT governance.
• Ability to develop and manage IT budgets and negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
• Microsoft 365 certifications is a plus.
