Overview:
As the Centre Manager for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the London School of Business & Finance (LSBF) Singapore Campus, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, fostering entrepreneurship, and establishing connections with investors and angel funds. The Centre Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that align with the mission of the Centre, enhancing its visibility, and creating opportunities for students and entrepreneurs alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Centre, aligning with LSBF’s overall goals and objectives.
Lead the Centre’s vision to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry collaboration.

Investor and Funding Outreach:
Identify and build relationships with potential investors, venture capitalists, angel funds, and other funding sources.
Actively seek opportunities for partnerships and funding that support the Centre’s initiatives.
Organize pitch sessions and events to connect entrepreneurs with investors and facilitate investment opportunities.

Program Development:
Design and implement innovative programs, workshops, and events to nurture entrepreneurship and innovation among students and the wider community.
Collaborate with academic departments to integrate entrepreneurial principles into the curriculum.

Community Engagement:
Engage with the local business community, startups, and industry leaders to create a supportive ecosystem for entrepreneurship.
Establish partnerships with external organizations, government bodies, and industry associations to enhance the Centre’s network.

Student Support:
Provide mentorship and guidance to students interested in entrepreneurship, fostering a culture of creativity and risk-taking.
Facilitate networking opportunities and internships for students within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in entrepreneurship, business development, or a related field.
Strong network and experience in engaging with investors, venture capitalists, and angel funds.
Experience organizing and facilitating pitch sessions or similar events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and drive initiatives independently.
