Job Description

We are looking for a qualified candidate who encompasses creative, marketing and administrative competencies to support the Marketing & Sales team in London School of Business & Finance.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales & Marketing team, you are responsible for analyzing market/data, creating digital ads copies and managing local events (such as previews sessions, webinars, masterclass) for a suite of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Performance
• Creating Google PPC, Social Media ads copies and Google Affiliate briefs that supports sales funnel/activities.
• Work with the agency/team to deliver effective campaigns and manage the performance of all our digital campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and Third Party websites), analyzing campaign data to improve results.
• Perform benchmarking of competitor offerings and analyzing market research/data on customer segments, customer profiles and journeys in support of developing effective marketing campaigns

Content Marketing
• Creation of content (e.g. social media, blogs, newsletters, press releases, etc.)
• Preparing marketing materials (e.g. brochure, eDM, short videos, etc) to support sales funnel/campaign/activities
• Social media management (postings and announcements for all social channels), monitoring and analyzing social data.

Marketing Support:
• Liaise with Global MarTech team to ensure our salesforce databases are uploaded in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with our accreditations, ensuring job logs are kept up-to-date along with all evidences of claims and published information across all channels
• Lead on the bi-annual website audits, ensuring the website is up to date and accurate
• Maintain the team’s tracking system for all marketing campaigns.

Community Building:
• Manage the Student Ambassador program to leverage the enthusiasm, and talents of students to promote and represent the institution.

Qualifications
We are looking for a suitable candidate with the following qualifications and competencies:
• Graduate with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, marketing or communication.
• Prior experience in digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Google Adwords, Social Media, Google Analytics, CRM, CMS) is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coordination and organization skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong team player who is meticulous, resourceful, independent and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with the MailChimp, SEMrush, Salesforce and design software is a plus.
