The Admissions Officer is responsible for supporting an outstanding experience for parents and students through the Dover Court family experience journey, as families progress from initial enquiry through to and including the child’s first day at school. Reporting to the Admissions Manager you will also work closely with the Director of Admissions and Marketing, the Marketing team, school leadership and academic teams. Previous sales or marketing experience would be beneficial as well as an interest in education.
This role is only open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
Able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment. Seeking out and implementing new ideas and innovative methods to raise the school’s level of achievement and the ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders is essential.
Keen to collaborate and share your specialist expertise, you will be a fitting ambassador for the school. You will communicate with confidence across diverse audiences and situations, using your expertise to build strong relationships with students.
Minimum 2 years working in a sales or service delivery sector
Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills and an affinity for interacting with diverse nationalities and cultures
Experience of having worked within a service delivery sector, education sector experience a bonus
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
Experience of working with a CRM and / or IMS
A warm, personable and curious character
Creative and technical thinking ability
Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to different tasks at hand
Proactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved, calm working under pressure
High level of integrity
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficient communicator both oral and written
Excellent attention to detail
Affinity with and interest in education
