Job Description
The Associate will support and assist in the day-to-day operations for both internal and external outreach activities of the Science, Mathematics and Technology cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Outreach committee to support the cluster’s outreach activities, such as STEM competitions
• Work closely with the Programme Manager to support in the cluster’s outward bound programmes, with education partners and industry
• Provide administrative support for the clusters’ core courses and special programmes
• Ad-hoc administrative and operational support for new projects, when necessary.
Requirements:
• A recognised Bachelor Degree.
• Preferably possess at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web communication platforms, e.g. Zoom and MS Teams.
• Good Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Meticulous with an eye for details.
• A resourceful and self-motivated team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to multi-task and deliver under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
