Job Description
You are invited to join one of the largest national risk advisory, insurance and reinsurance brokers in Singapore. The company services more than 2000 corporate customers ranging from SMEs to MNCs with reach extending to over 140 countries worldwide.
The Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant will be responsible to support the credit control and accounts payable function for the company.
The portfolio includes but not limited to:
• Responsible for credit control and collections duties, including follow-up and responding to client’s enquires;
• Monitor collection progress and update aging status accordingly including accurate records of all chasing activity;
• Performing account reconciliations;
• Perform reconciliation to supplier’s Statement of Account
• Prepare payment for trade suppliers
• Update payment vouchers in finance system and document management system
• Updating daily cashbook
• Provide ad-hoc reporting as required by Management
• Other duties that may delegate from time to time by management.

• Diploma in Accountancy.
• Min 3 years of experience credit control experience. Prior experience from insurance broker firm will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of computer applications especially, Microsoft Excel.
