Members were delighted to have Mr. Adrian Chan, Partner, Lee & Lee, walk them through a summary of the proposed changes to the Code of Corporate Governance. This briefing session also served as a platform for members to share their recommendations in addition to those laid out in the consultation paper released on 16 January 2018. The committee will be submitting a collective feedback in response to this public consultation exercise on the Code.
