Members will discuss on Transfer Pricing (TP) Controversy and Dispute Resolution Strategy across key ASEAN jurisdictions with Mr. Falgun Thakkar, Partner and Singapore TP Leader, and Mr. Vinay Sudhakar, Director, both from the PwC Singapore team. They will also share more insights on TP audits, practical aspects around documenting and defending TP policies, and alternate dispute resolution strategies.
