Members were encouraged to be collective thought leaders, focusing on the S of ESG which stands for Social and produce an output in the form of either a paper, event or others to help businesses in that subject matter and get them to discuss on how they could deal with these issues.

It was discussed and agreed to rename the interest group to Social Sustainability Interest Group for clarity on what the interest group is focusing on.
