On Monday 18 November, the SICC LSIG hosted an M&A masterclass for junior lawyers in private practice and in-house, led by Nigel Gleeson (Partner, Freshfields). The practical session explored the legal issues commonly seen and solved in the context of cross-border M&A transactions, through an analysis of the lifecycle and key elements of such transactions.
