Members had an insightful overview on the global untapped talent issue especially on women representation in the working world by Ms. Emma Spitz, Chief Client Officer and Ms. Helen Ilsley, Director of Business Development, both from The Executive Coaching Consultancy Ltd. They also focused on the four pools of untapped talent within organisations and hidden barriers that women are still facing.

This was followed by Ms. Sujata Tiwari, Chief Executive Officer, HMZ Pte Ltd who shared on discrimination, bullying, workplace harassment and how women are being impacted at all levels.
