Members were provided with insightful information on the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP) and Tripartite Standards (TS), to prepare employers for the upcoming Workplace Fairness Legislation (WFL) by Ms. Pauline Chong, Senior Manager and Mr. Jason Chan, Manager from Industry Outreach and Marketing Section, Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP). The meeting engaged in a lively discussion on workplace culture and building trust within an organisation.
