Members of the Human Capital Interest Group learnt about the The Future of HR in Singapore from Adrian Tan, Strategist, Future of Work, Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP), who shared a study jointly commissioned by IHRP and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on the impact of technology on the HR sector and what technologies will impact HR, how jobs will change (new jobs and tasks that will emerge) and which skills will be critical to perform these roles. This was followed by a lively discussion on how IHRP can help professionalise HR functions in an organization.
