Members welcomed Mr. Jason Tai, Head of Data Analytics, Technology Platforms, Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (Pte) Limited, in sharing the company’s drive towards better customer experiences and smart work processes through digitalization. A Q & A session followed where members discussed about the benefits, challenges and risk factors involved in the digitalization process. This was followed by a discussion of the terms of reference for the committee including the directions and initiatives that it is taking for 2018.
