Mr. Michael Tang, Head of Listing Policy and Product Admission at SGX RegCo brought members of the CG&R Interest Group through the roadmap for issuers to provide climate-related disclosures based on recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), which will subsequently be mandatory for issuers in various industries between FY 2022, 2023 and 2024. Michael engaged members in an active Q&A dialogue session to help them understand the requirements and allay any fears of non-compliance.
