Co-Chair and CEO of GoneAdventurin Ashwin Subramaniam presented to the committee the introductory of Circular Economy focusing on waste reduction and recycling on packaging, food and electronics, resource efficiency and business opportunities, and what it might bring for businesses in Singapore and in the region. This was followed by a deep dive discussion by committee members on what it aims to achieve taking guidance from the current terms of reference of the committee close to being finalised. The committee realises that it needs to take direct guidance from the relevant government agencies in order to align its work and initiatives.
