Co-Chair and CEO of Climate Resources Exchange (CRX) International Pte Ltd presented to the committee initiatives that promote and facilitate online transactions of environmental assets such as carbon credits, renewable energy certificates and other sustainability-related assets. This was followed by discussions amongst the committee on current carbon emissions by industries and mechanisms to cope such as carbon tax and more market-driven mechanisms. The committee was also updated on the Circular Economy Forum that will take place later in the year.
