The ASEAN Interest Group members had a good learning session from Kevin Lee, Director, Dispute Resolution, Drew & Napier LLP’s sharing on the investment protection landscape in ASEAN with a particular focus on Myanmar. The meeting discussed what businesses can do to structure their deals and transactions in order to benefit from the investment protection standards available under international law and had a lively Q&A with Kevin with regards to the current political and business situation in Myanmar.
