Members of the Tax Policy Committee met to discuss feedback to the public consultation on Draft GST Guide on Taxing imported services by way of reverse charge and by way of an overseas vendor registration regime. Members deliberated concerns as to the control of GST registered number and on the tracking of GST registration of an overseas vendor, amongst other feedback. Consolidation of feedback by members will be submitted to IRAS before the deadline of 20 Mar 2018.
