The committee convened a meeting for updates on corporate governance and regulatory matters, as well as on accounting and auditing standards. Main topics pertaining the Corporate Governance code as well as Companies Act and Competition Law were discussed. The committee also identified potential speakers for the subsequent meetings of the year.
