Members had a good sharing session from fellow human capital practitioner on Titansoft’s journey in transforming its HR practices through Agile transformation over the years. This includes changes in HR policy and procedures, as well as introduction of non-conventional HR practices. This is followed by an interesting discussion where members shared the benefits and challenges that this form of HR practice might have on different organisations.
